Throughout the UK there are prolific worship writers springing up in our churches. The songs on this album are firmly grounded in scripture and have been developed and honed through use in worship in local churches. Various writers have contributed to this project including Russ Hughes and Simon Goodall. Russ Hughes is the worship leader at St Lukes Church, Maidstone, and is the main worship leader at Detling Revival Fire Conference, Kent. Simon Goodall also shares the worship leading duties at Detling Revival Fire Conference. Simon has written many songs which are used in churches in the UK and beyond and released his first full worship album, Closer (ICC), last year.
